Revolu, a modern day taqueria and bar. The name Revolu is an abbreviated name for a popular street in Tijuana Mexico, Av. Revolucion. Growing up in San Diego and being raised by Jeremiah's maternal grandparents, a lot of time was spent eating "street" food along the colorful street of Revolucion. The sights, sounds, smells and all of the delicious flavors are the inspiration for Revolu. While recreating memories of days past the goal is to acquaint the affluent neighborhood of Peoria, Arizona with this unusual concept. Revolu's concept is a modern day interpretation of the "street" food and drinks that were a part of Jeremiah's upbringing. Revolu's mission is to utilize local businesses for fresh produce, meats/cheeses and grocery. The drink menu has been created to compliment the eclectic food menu, some offerings include; agua fresca, hand crafted margaritas, majority Mexican beers in bottle and on tap. A made from scratch food and drink menu is a commitment that the owners insist upon.
